The first query parameter ("move" in this case) must be specified after the
question mark. The & character is only used to provide additional query
parameters. Have you tried:
from("direct:file://c:///servicemix///poller?move=c:///servicemix///archive///${file:name.ext}-${date:now:yyyyMMdd}")
Can't test this URL myself since I'm not on Windows.
