We use cron, that's why we won't have this problem:

<dynamicRouter>
<method ref="hotTransfer-uop-endpoint" method="route"/>
</dynamicRouter>
<to uri="log:newuophottransferxml"/>
But I was wondering if not using cron how can we use dynamic uri if it is
inside <from
