I don't want to set it for 2 milliseconds, I just want to check that it is reflected in the code - meaning that setting it to 2 should throw Socket exception or other exception and I also need to check that this exception is handled by the code correctly.
But setting it to 2 doesn't produce any exception and successfully gets me http content.
