/cxf is the default for CXF and is likely the right URL. It sounds like you have a kind of mixed up OSGi container thing. Likely you are trying to use something like CXF 2.4.3 with Felix (which has some issues that will be fixed in 2.4.4, use Equinox) or possibly using some karaf configs from Talend products. Definitely retry with a more vanilla install of Karaf. You can follow instructions from my blog: http://www.dankulp.com/blog/?p=352 to get Camel/CXF setup and try that.
