Which is not fixed in Camel 2.6 you're using. So maybe check if you see any log entries like: "Scheduled Route Policy for route " + route.getId() + " is not set since the no start, stop and/or suspend times are specified" which would mean you've got a misconfiguration of the RoutePolicy which in your used Camel version simply get's "swallowed".
