Maybe the test frame work eat up the exception.

I was not including camel-http dependency. What sounds wrong is that Camel
did not fail stating missing dependencies or classes. JUnit is just silently
ignoring the annotated @Test.

BTW wether there is a service listening or not will not stop the test from
being run, it will for sure fails saying "Connection refused"
