+1 for also adding more fields to the quartz component so persisted quartz jobs are not rescheduled.
BTW I cannot speak for all components but so far what I have tested has been under Spring 3.1.0-RELEASE and camel-2.9-2. Everything looks fine so far. I hope quartz will support iCalendar, please vote if you are interested (read http://forums.terracotta.org/forums/posts/list/0/6293.page#35127) but in the meanwhile being able to support quartz2.x will at least allow to use http://code.google.com/p/jwatch/ as I said.
