The logic for timeout in aggregate vs recipient list / multicast / etc
is not the same.

The latter will require a change in the DSL to let people specify
dynamic expressions for the timeout.
As well it requires to store state about the timeout as each exchange
can have a different value etc.
All together its not so easy.

But feel free to create a JIRA ticket.

No not on the recipient list EIP.

You can use both EIPs and have dynamic completion timeout on the aggregator.
