Sorry for the inconvenience. It's not in Camel 2.10.3 [1] and not in the
camel-2.10.x maintenance branch [2].
At present, it's only in trunk (Camel 2.11-SNAPSHOT) [3].
I think it was planed to back port this change, but for some reasons it
didn't reached the camel-2.10.x maintenance branch. I updated the wiki page
to reflect this.
@Bilgin: Do you remember why you didn't back port this change?
