Well after some more tests, I found the solution. I tried to attach others JPEG, XML and even LOG files and it worked! I think my problem was due to the fact that I tried to attach the current log used simultaneously by Camel, so maybe when it tried to resolve Mime-type there was an access conflict on the file...
