You have to to something like

context.addRoutes(new RouteBuilder() {
  public void configure() throws Exception {
    from("
http://localhost:8080/real-webservice?throwExceptionOnFailure=false";)
      .to("...");
  }
});

You don't need to create an endpoint by yourself.
