You're right. I get the same 404 as I get redirected to the swiss mirror here:
http://mirror.switch.ch/mirror/apache/dist/camel/apache-camel/2.10.2/apache-camel-2.10.2.zip It seems the releases have not pushed properly into the mirrors.
