Thanks claus Ibsen, I am indeed using the 'Main' to start the camel. What's happening is that replacing component 'ftp://' with 'file:///' is working. When I use 'ftp://', it seems that endpoint from("ftp://...") is not recognised. The route here is not executed and I don't see any movement of file
