Download the latest release. (A direct link: http://apache.belnet.be/camel/apache-camel/2.11.0/apache-camel-2.11.0.zip Open the zip file and go to the ftp examle. It's right there. You just have to do the effort to download it, and open it. We gave you everything to get you started. It's up to you now.
