Hello Willieem, It seems there is a problem with the ZipSplitter that you did. I had added a test "ZipProcessRouteBuilderIT" to reproduce the error at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-6139. If you use my ZipSplitter the test works.
