I have done the same in Production and Quality environment. But now I am a bit concerned about Production side. It seems like going for a complete fuse installations could really hurt the customer. They cant afford to loose service at all. Could you tell me how can we go about this without affecting the productions. Above all, we do not have access to production. We need to explain this to the server administrators to do it step by step.. Is server re installation mandatory? If so could you explain what really happens when the server is re installed?
