Hi

You cannot do timeout based on the first exchange. Its currently based
on the last exchange.

Though we could add an option to the aggregator to allow using timeout
on the first instead.
Its a bit tougher to implement as it would require an improvement to
TimeoutMap to support that as well.

Fell free to log a JIRA ticket about this.
