In Europe there has been ApacheCon in the past. I have not heard of any plans for doing EU as well. ApacheCon is happening in US later this year. In Europe FuseSource used to host Fuse Days which was free to attend a full day with mixed talks from the Fuse team, and users telling about their experience and usage of the Apache projects. The Fuse days is planned to return again later this year. We missed out on 2013. Charles Moulliard and Rob Davies would know more about. The closest would be the Fuse days, and maybe if ApacheCon returns in Europe with a dedicated Camel track which they have done in the past.
