Hi No this is not supported. There is no state in the SQL component. You can use the idempotent consumer EIP pattern for this http://camel.apache.org/idempotent-consumer.html
Mind that this will still query and retrieve the same rows over and over again, then the idempotent will filter out duplicates. Hence why its often better to have a way of marking a row as processed in the SQL table, and hence why the SQL component has that onConsume option.
