Create ErrorHandler class

Hi all,

We need to create an Error Handler class since the available Camel Error 
handler classes: DefaultErrorHandler, DeadLetterChannel and 
TransactionErrorHandler don’t meet all our requirements.
Is it possible to create such a class?
