I wouldn't know in this case, as I am not very experienced w/ Spring boot.
My .2 cents: try to see if you can reproduce it w/ a plain Camel Main. I
have just tried w/ it and you can turn the preCompile flag on and off with
it.

It would also be simpler to debug a reproducer this way, IMHO.
