<bundle>mvn:org.apache.servicemix.bundles/org.apache.servicemix.bundles.jaxb-runtime/2.3.1_1</bundle>but better would be to load jaxb-runtime version 2.3.2_1 as this version contains the "com.sun.istack" classes that 2.3.1_1 is missing.
