Hi, We have two routes, incoming and outgoing, that download and upload files to SFTP server. Unfortunately, the SFTP server allows just one connection. We have tried various solutions and settled on something, that seems to be quite complicated - both routes use a timer component followed by shared semaphore. Then we use pollEnrich() followed by SFTP endpoint for ingoing files and messaging (RMQ) endpoint for outgoing files. Both pollEnrich() run in a loop until the there are no more messages to process.
Maybe there is easier way. Maybe we could just have the two independent routes and gracefully handle connection errors as expected behavior. But there needs to be some limit on error counts, when we cannot connect withing some time or number of consecutive errors is high, issue a real connection error.
