Given the syntax of the command you provided, you are telling your
server to map an NFS share.
It could be your management server or it could be a dedicated NFS server.
This location should be where you want to store VM's, if I'm not mistaken.
I think calling it "management-server-name" is a bit misleading, but I
don't know the context of the discussion you're pulling the command from.
