Hi, I have just noticed that myself too. This was very odd. I have upgraded 3.0.2->4.1 and the system replaced the systemvm templates. Then nor the console proxy nor the password reset function worked. Then I have destroyed the systemvms and they were re-created automatically but still did not work. So I have simply stopped them and restarted them and voila. It is patching the cloud-scripts and works.
It seems to me only the stop/start calls will put the new could-scripts down to the systemvm-> the upgrade-script seem not to work.
