I've done testing on changing IPs with 3.0.4 CloudPlatform in advanced networking and never had to reboot the VR. Seems a bit silly to have to go that far just to re-ip a machine. When the machine is restarted from CloudPlatorm it will add its IP to the dhcp leases file correctly as expected on the VR. Perhaps it was requirement back then, but does not appear to be the case with more recent versions.
