I've just tested 4.1 with XenServer 6.1 and it works as expected, unfortunately
my KVM test rig is running 4.0.2 and not 4.1

Can you test using the API rather than the GUI, and if you get the same
outcome, log a bug for this as I have just searched for any related bugs and
there do not appear to be any.

Anyone on the @users list know if this is a known issue?

Subject: Changing compute offering needs a restarting to take effect.

When I stop a instance and change its compute offering from one to another(e.g.
1 cpu to 2 cpus),the vm's compute offering will not change to the new one after
the first starting. And if I restart the vm again,it will apply the new computer
offering. Why?
