The vlan rages implementation has also changed recently.
The Ui is also going to change. here is the updated detail.
In order to add the vlan rages user has to send all the vlan rages including
the one he wants to add.
the input should be a coma separated list of vlan ranges. All the vlans
missing form the input will be removed if not in use.
