Alex - these are all great suggestions, especially about the training, I
had the chance to attend it at the collaboration conference earlier this
year, and Geoff knows his stuff. But you're going to learn the most by
installing/breaking/fixing it over and over and setting it up how it works
for you. Also, you'll probably want to join the development mailing list.
