Hi, Lucian. Unless something has changed in 4.2, basic zones can only have one guest network. If it is really supposed to be possible, I guess it might be a UI bug, so try using the API directly. If you are just trying to add more IPs to the existing guest network, go to:
Infra > Zones (select zone) > Physical Network (select it) > Guest > IP Ranges.
