Can you delete "var/cache/cloudstack" and restart management server.

There was a defect for similar issue

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-4509

Subject: Re: Unable to see UI after 4.1.1 -> 4.2 update

Could my problem may be the tomcat version? Just noticed that the requirements
for 4.2 say "Tomcat 6 (not 6.0.35)". 6.0.35 is the version on Ubuntu 12.04.

What version should I use? Is there a suggested repo to get that from?
