I am facing an error while setting up cloud system, following issue arises when
management server machine requests hypervisor to launch CP/SS VM's. After this
request hypervisor tries to contact primary storage to access storage but that
primary storage server doesn't responds, following are the logs from Xenserver
hypervisor.

(hypervisor machine reboots itself after that due to HA enabled)

Primary storage server logs are below. (centos machines)

Feb 12 04:51:00 storage-server rpc.mountd[1751]: authenticated mount request
from 10.11.17.32:788 for /export/primary (/export)

Feb 12 04:51:00 storage-server rpc.mountd[1751]: authenticated mount request
from 10.11.17.32:830 for /export/primary (/export)

Issue seems to be strange because all necessary NFS ports are open in
sysconfig/nfs file, iptables service is also off and both machines can ping
each other successfully.
