????: VM can't get IP and Hostname at Basic Zone

Hi everyone,

Environment: System is Ubuntu Server 12.04 64bit + KVM; 5 PCs, 1 for
management, 4 for agent; agent IP are 192.168.0.140-179, template is Ubuntu
desktop 12.04 32bit.
Here is the problem:

I build a basic zone, and create some instance few days ago, everything is
alright.
But today, when I wanna create some instance, they can't get IP and Host from
CloudStack.
Eg, the UI shows the vm "Test-1" has IP "192.168.0.147". But actually, when I
login it, I found its IP is null, and hostname is "localhost" but not "Test-1".
But after I edit "/etc/network/interfaces" to set static IP for this VM, it
will all right after reboot.

0 - My environment doesn't set DHCP;
1 - Before this problem happen, I create 26 low service(1.0GHz+512MB) VM, but
they are all right. Every VM can init right IP and Hostname;
2 - Then I delete all VMs, and try to create some medium
service(1.0GHz*2+768MB), the the problem happen. VM #1-#5 are all right, but
all VMs after #6 can't get their IP and hostname;
3 - I delete all VMs, and try to create low service again. But now, only VMs
#1- #4 are all right, all VMs after #5 can't get their IP and hostname;
4 - Now, no matter what template I use, after I create four VMs, the IP and
hostname will not work any more...

5 - I try to read the management log and agent log, nothing wrong happened;
6 - I open the console when the VM is starting, and found it stay at "waiting
for network configuration..." for a long time.

Please, if you know what should do to solve this problem, please tell me.
