Dear CloudStackers, I've been having this issue for quite a while. My SSVM is not able to ping the Management Server or DNS or resolve download.cloud.com Therefor I am not able to download any template even if I'm hosting them inside the Management Server itself. I tried disabling iptables on both management server and host but still nothing is happening.
