Hi, Did you start the services cloud-management, tomcat, mysql ? Check whether tomcat server is running or not, any permission issues.! check this for any errors /var/log/cloudstack/management/catalina.out I suggest you to use cloudstack 4.1.0 and above for better documentation/installation. -Harikrishna
