Hi Osamu,

The way LXC works is different than the usual VMs on hosts. For LXC containers 
to run, it will need a rootfs and the container will share the same kernel as 
the host.

While I’ve not yet tried running rootfs as ISO when creating/running user 
instances but you can create rootfs template yourself and register with 
cloudstack;

When registering the template make sure not select HVM and I recommend you 
create a .tar archive (instead of tar.gz) such that decompressing it will give 
me rootfs (so the /sbin/init should be is accessible from root dir).
