Yes I did cloudstack-setup-database earlier, and also got onto the web
UI before.
The install hangs at setup-agent so I manually did that from the command
line.
Perhaps I have to do the whole install again and make sure the UI
finishes the set up host component?
I would prefer to learn how to discover/fix things in their current
state as I don't want to have to re-install if I have problems in the
future.
The URL is FQDN (the IP has the same issue)
