I followed the
http://cloudstack-installation.readthedocs.org/en/latest/qig.html. I
created the Primary and Secondary as stated as nfs mounts on same
server. I am only using 1 server for both management, host, and storage.
I created Cloudbr0 using only nic 0.
I get the system completed with host and primary and secondary storage
but then cannot create the system VM's I get the error that primary and
secondary storage not started.

Which hypervisor(s) and version(s) are you deploying?
Are you having trouble with primary and/or secondary storage configuration?
What type of storage are you using?
Do you have any logs or error messages you can share? Since the list does not
allow file attachments, most folks use a pastebin to share logs.
