As far as I can tell, we're not going to see Centos 7 support for the management server on any 4.3 or 4.4 branch but the 4.5 branch should have it in already. Can't comment on compute hosts however.
I'd love to hear if anyone knows otherwise though, especially about 'backporting' the functionality to 4.3 or 4.4.
