        Why do you use iSCSI protocol ?  Shouldn't it be NFS or something else? 
 We used RBD with block storages.

the Gluster volume ideally would be mounted to each host - to eliminate a 
single IP being used. I'm not sure if that would then constitute as using local 
storage or not. Please let me know if those logs are not what you're looking 
for or if you need further information.
