Andrei, the second Tab (right of 'details') shows 'zone'.
Regarding your second question in another post: Edit and Delete moved to the 'zone' tab. It's no longer shown below the 'details'. That changed during the last updates. (Behavior is similar to User->Show Usernames->User->edit) Anyhow, have you tried ACS with 'english' as your account language? I've seen similar 'label.anything' in my german localization. I think, there's just some translation missing.
