is true, snapshots fail, how can I make downgrade of libvirt/qemu on my
COS 6.6, it is possible?

I can tell you disk snapshots will fail ( "-s" glag was removed from
Qemu-IMG in CEntos 6.5) - other than that - there are some unsupported
features like disk throtling (via Compute offerings), no CEPH support (you
maybe dont want it anyway) etc....
