This probably won't work if you were using SSVM's root disk as a target for download as it size is limited to 2 GB. I believe this is internal IP "192.168.76.5", if that's true, have you added this IP to the global config "secstorage.allowed.internal.sites"? Also, as Prashant and Sam recommended, validate all is fine with SSVM by performing troubleshooting as mentioned on the wiki.
