I really want to know after I comment this line and do the database-setup
will this effect the cloudstack once I build.

I really not know what really this query use to do.

Because I want to build a production environment right now so if I comment
this two query and do the database initialization
the cloudstack started without any issue.

But will this will impact the CS after I deploy.

Thanks,
Keerthi
