Pending job for too long. How to find what it's doing?

Hi guys,

i have found a job that is pending for 12 days by now:
WARN  [o.a.c.f.j.i.AsyncJobMonitor] (Timer-1:ctx-91c53d64) Task (job-17491) has 
been pending for 476801 seconds

What is the recommended way to find more info about this job?

I will also greep logs for it, but not sure what will I find if anything.
We are on CS 4.3.2 from ShapeBlue.
