I'm using NFS to connect to primary storage. If manually connect using
mount command, there are no issue. But when using GUI, it show those
error.

Are you using a SolidFire Storage device (Just checking, saw it in the
logs )
How are you trying to add the storage, via the GUI or API , can your
hosts see (connect ) to the storage
