Hi Koti, With the current functionality, it's not possible to have volume snapshots and VM snapshots at the same time. You can go through the limitations of VM snapshots here http://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/projects/cloudstack-administration/en/4.8/virtual_machines.html#virtual-machine-snapshots .
