HI Gian, Please check the system vm got upgraded properly or not. Login to system vms and check the cloudstack version (cat /etc/cloudstack-release). If its matches with upgraded version(4.8) then its upgraded properly , in that case please share the agent and management logs to debug the root cause.

But in your case you already applied the certificates before upgrade right, then try recreating the CPVM and check. Also check the below link to know about implementation details : https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Realhost+IP+changes regards sadhu -----Original Message----- From: Gian Paolo Buono [mailto:gianpaolo.bu...@gesca.it] Sent: Friday, April 1, 2016 5:12 PM To: users@cloudstack.apache.org<mailto:users@cloudstack.apache.org> Subject: Re: [Migrate from Citrix CloudPlatform 4.3 to CloudStack 4.8] Hi, i have a certificate (official wildcard) and i have try to change in clearind in "Console Proxy Url Domain" but nothing to do...what do you mean "recreate the cpvm" ? .. If you don't have certificates then change to http mode by clearing the domain in the " Console proxy url domain" and then recreate the cpvm. However if you want to run the script again check your port 8096 is open on Management server and default api port global config is set to 8096 in cloudstack.
