Have you installed the CloudStack-agent on your host (KVM hypervisor)? Is it running without any errors?
Have you checked the username/password you are using? The software you are using meet version requirements described here http://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/projects/cloudstack-installation/en/4.9/hypervisor/kvm.html ?
