Error when create template Cloudstack 4.8 windows/xen

Hello
I still have an error message when creating a Windows template from an 
existing Windows instantiation!
The error message is:Error status : Failed to create 
templatecom.cloud.utils.exception.CloudRuntimeException: Failed to 
process event
No problem for debian, Centos, etc ...
Someone would have any idea !
Cloudstack management : Centos
Hyperviseur : Xen
